Clients’ Comments Weight Management When I first came to see Joe for hypnosis I had already lost over 60 pounds but I was at a plateau that I just couldn't break. I had been hypnotized before and I really enjoyed the experience but I never really got any real results in the area of weight management. From the first session with Joe I knew this experience was going to be different. I've found over the years that whoever asks the best questions, gets the best answers. Joe Casey asks GREAT questions. He completely designed a program specifically for me. He helped me learn new tools for coping with old habits and thought patterns, and he exuded such a feeling of joy not only in the work he was doing with me, but also for life. Joe inspired me to depend on myself from deep within my core being to find my way though the sometimes dark tunnel that leads to full expression. Did I lose weight while under Joe's care? YES! But more than that, I continued to drop my excess weight weeks after working with him, and I can now say that I completely and deeply love and accept myself. K G. It’s been a couple of weeks since our last hypnotherapy session, and I wanted to let you know the difference you helped me make in my life. Negative feelings about my childhood, my fibromyalgia symptoms and even my weight have all changed for the better. The EFT techniques you showed me are so helpful! I’ve talked about them to many people who are delighted to be able to help themselves through painful or fearful situations. My partner, who lives in Kansas, has used the tapping, as he calls it, for diabetes. I just learned that instead of having to go on insulin injections, as he had expected, the Veterans Administration told him he was doing surprisingly well and to keep it up. Thank you very sincerely, M. M Panic attacks, seizures Just wanted to share with you our first "would-be panic attack episode" that happened yesterday. You would have been so pleased if you could have seen S*** use your techniques. It was a stressful day, as I had both S*** and another guy (with both their pickup trucks) moving my remaining belongings out of my ex's house, by mutual request. The bugaboo was, my ex didn't want to turn over to me 4 large tree plants (which were mine before I even met him), and was being totally obnoxious. Scott was determined to take what was mine, so started carrying the plants away. My ex (Frank) was shoving him, and it could have turned into a real fiasco. S*** did space out and get a little out of control at first, as he was down in the driveway yelling"call the police", "call the police". But he DIDN'T have a seizure ...he was just acting disoriented. Then an hour later when up on the road trying to load my plants into the truck and tie them down properly was when Scott got REALLY agitated, and BEFORE your session with him, he would have definitely had a seizure and would have been writhing in the street. This time he did the slow breathing and walked away down the road a bit, doing all your pressure point taps. He did this for about 3 minutes. (The neighbors must have gotten a real eyeful, wondering what strange ritual he was performing!). Anyway, bottom line is that he DID NOT HAVE A SEIZURE! And he definitely would have, before. You did it, Joe! It's too early to say that he's cured, as we don't have enough data points in yet ... but we're off to one hell of a start, I think! I am really, really thrilled, and want to thank you again for what you did. See, it wasn't an accident that I ran into you in the "dog field" ... you were sent to help us, I really believe you were. I will keep you informed of any and all progress we make, Joe. Thanks, again, for all of your healing skills. Blessings! Thrown from Horse Email #1 Hi Joe, I came across your site while desperately looking for information that could help me in my situation. I had a horseback riding accident last August that injured me physically and mentally. I'm having a tough time getting past it. I've loved horses since I was young, and only over the past seven years or so have I been able to be involved with them. I'm frightened that this will take away everything I've worked so hard to achieve. I'm a good rider, I'm told...but just don't believe it in my own head. Could hypnotherapy or coaching help me get past this? I'm college educated, successful in my career...but riding success means more to me than almost anything. It's kind of silly, in the grand scheme of things, especially when considering what other people have to deal with in their lives...but do you think you could help me? Thank you, S.R. Email #2 - After One Session Just a quick update...wow, what a change!! First of all, I don't think I've ever been as wonderfully relaxed as I have been in the week since our session. I mean, relaxed and still conscious). Had my first riding session today...and it's honestly the first time I can remember riding fear-free!! I practiced the energy tapping a bit throughout the week, but honestly didn't feel a need for it when it came time to saddle up. Had a nice lesson in the arena, then my trainer hijacked a horse from another rider and said "follow me!" We rode out through fields and around a neighboring vineyard. I had two minor "twinges" (for lack of a better word), but breathed through them. And, even better, I felt okay riding through them and didn't once feel like getting off and walking. I've NEVER felt safe or okay on a trail ride, and I've been out with a lot of different folks and tried a lot of different horses. It's never been fun, and something has ALWAYS happened to rattle my confidence. I could NOT have done this two weeks ago. Today was awesome, and I can't wait to do it again! I just really don't have enough superlatives to describe how I feel about all of this. But you do have my heartfelt thanks. If I hit another rough spot, you'll be hearing from me. I'm never going to accept feeling like I was feeling again. Thank you so much!! S. R. Traumatic Incident …Once in the chair, your voice guided me into a deeply relaxed state. Your suggestions came quickly and although I would rather move from one suggestion to the next with a slower pace, I appreciate the place you took me... I felt as if I (you and I) had accomplished a task, a goal perhaps. I don’t feel the need or call to do this again. And after leaving your home and for the next few days that followed, I felt warm and quiet inside my heart, belly and mind. Thank You Joe, L. P. Self-Realization I feel like I really found out who I am at a deep level. I know I’m valid and valuable and who I am and what I want are more than OK. The sessions were very expanding for me, and I felt really good all the way through. What a boost! B.C. |
